Shift+click -> download feature

Michael Catanzaro-2
Hi,

To solve [1] we might need to remove the shift+click -> download
feature, which doesn't exist in other browsers and seems to compete
with flickr. Does anybody use this regularly and have an opinion on it?

TBH, I didn't even knew there was such a feature... I think having only the
“Save Link As...” item in the context menu will just do fine for most people.

Cheers,

I often use Save Link As from the context menu, but only rarely use Shift + Click.  I personally would be OK with it going away.

Change with another shortcut? ALT seems unused...

Well that's just going to break any websites that expect Alt + Click to
work. We might need to investigate if we're handling button press
events properly. Likely we need to make sure they get sent to the web
view first, and only handle them if the view does not, as we do for
most key press events.
